1. Processing Time

Each piece is handmade and carefully packaged. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipping.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks from the order date, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your item has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at Havenandheartco@gmail.com We’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
