Easy Returns Within 30 Days

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return requirements:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition

• Must include original packaging

• Custom or engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Havenandheartco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

3. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Our Quality Promise

Each piece is quality-checked before it leaves our studio. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund you—including any return shipping.
